We are seeking a dynamic, agile Instructional Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to get their hands dirty. We are building our Training & Development program from the ground up, & we need a high-energy professional who will hit the ground running. We need a swift mover who can pivot on a dime & build impactful learning solutions immediately.

The ideal candidate possesses deep roots in the hospitality, casino, or food and beverage (F&B) industries. You aren't someone who just sits behind a desk, you are flexible in your skills, eager to learn and grow with the team, and love to get out on the casino floor. An expert ability to extract operational knowledge from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and translate it into world-class training programs is a must.
