Nursery Room Leader Paddington, London | W2 | £35,012 | Full-Time, 40 hours per week Love Childcare Recruitment is hiring a Nursery Room Leader to join one of London's leading nursery and childcare providers, who operate 40+ nurseries across the capital. Every nursery is rated Ofsted Outstanding or Good.

About the role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you'll lead a room team, deliver the EYFS framework, and build strong relationships with children and parents within a nursery group recognised for their outstanding practice and a genuine social-impact mission across London communities. This is a large, purpose-built nursery with two gardens, one for toddlers and pre-schoolers, and one for babies.

The experienced staff team have set up the nursery as a free-flowing educational space, with children enjoying gardening and getting messy in our mud kitchen, sports, yoga, science experiments, dialogic reading, and more. Pre-school children and teachers also enjoy forest school outings to explore the outdoors and learn about the environment.

You will find them just off Edgware Road, close to Paddington and Edgward Road stations and St. Mary's Hospital bus stop on the 7, 23, 27, 36, 205, N7 N27, and N205 bus routes.
