Overview
Join our team and be a part of something extraordinary as part of our Community Treatment Solutions program. This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefited position which includes: Flexible work hours Some remote work opportunities CEUs provided and paid for. Paid training days included 3.2 weeks PTO in first year, 4 Floating Holidays, and 9 Agency Holidays Annual Retention Bonus 403(b) employee participation and employer match Salary: $75000 / annually - depending upon education / experience / licensure.
Summary: Oversee and manage clinical services at a New Jersey State-certified special education school and accredited residential treatment facility. You'll lead the clinical department, ensuring that the therapeutic environment aligns with The Children's Home's values and treatment philosophy.
Responsibilities
Engage in quality improvement activities, including reviewing client feedback, incidents, and grievances, and participating in program evaluations. Join agency committees as directed by higher management. Enforce clinical policies and procedures. Oversee and provide supervision to clinical staff. Ensure proper documentation for regulatory bodies is completed.
Help develop therapeutic programs based on best practices. Take part in multidisciplinary meetings for admissions, case reviews, and treatment planning. Write performance evaluations for clinical team leaders. Develop and manage a yearly training curriculum and materials. Ensure case records maintain confidentiality and privacy standards.
Represent the organization to various public and private groups. Provide clinical training and assist with coverage for staff and cases. Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.
Qualifications
Psychology. New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required. Completed Clinical Supervision Course preferred. TF-CBT certified. Master level in social work or related field: Psychology. New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required. Completed Clinical Supervision Course preferred.
