Collections Specialist (Spanish Bilingual)

The Collections Specialist is responsible for reviewing delinquent accounts and collecting outstanding debts by using effective communication and persuasion skills to encourage timely payments. They will maintain professionalism by using a customer service approach when addressing customers and properly updating customer information and account details within the systems.

This role will primarily be placing outbound calls but may receive inbound calls as well.
