Job Title: Junior Procurement Buyer (m/f/d) – Graduate Program Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany Main Responsibilities: Support the identification, sourcing, and qualification of new suppliers in line with procurement requirements Assist with supplier selection, price comparisons, and commercial negotiations.

Support the preparation of contract documentation and participate in contract negotiations under the guidance of senior buyers Assist in monitoring and evaluating supplier performance against quality, cost, delivery, and service requirements Maintain effective supplier relationships and coordinate day-to-day supplier communications Support the implementation and execution of procurement projects within the Carrier Network Business, ensuring alignment with business objectives and procurement processes Requirements: Recent graduate with bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to compare supplier quotations and assess costs Good communication, strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional environment Language requirements: Fluent in German and English skills (C1 – C2 mandatory) Huawei's Fresh Graduate Program: We offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies; Personal Development is ensured through training and workshop opportunities in the first 6 months; Firsthand experience in customer engagement and new technology innovation; Challenging and diverse assignments that enable you to continuously develop your personal and professional strengths; Mentor/Buddy Program: A mentor that will guide you through both business and intercultural development; After onboarding, internal networking activities with other fresh Graduates take place on a regular basis.
