Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Loan Servicer to support the administration and maintenance of the mortgage loan portfolio. This position is responsible for ensuring mortgage payments are posted accurately and timely, escrow accounts are maintained and disbursed correctly, and secondary market loan transfers are processed efficiently.
The role also oversees loan tracking and reporting, maintains departmental procedures, and provides exceptional support to both internal and external customers.
