Home Equity Lending Specialist – Lending Tree

The HE Lending Specialist is a subject matter expert in home equity products with strong credit underwriting and analytical skills. This role focuses on evaluating credit files and identifying opportunities to restructure loans for optimal approval. Specialists support strategic initiatives by making outbound calls to engage customers and drive loan pull-through. Primary focus is on targeted outreach to members identified through data-driven criteria.

Schedule: 1 weekday off, 2 evening shifts (11:00am-8:00pm), 2 morning shifts (8:30am-5:30pm), and every Saturday (8:30am-5:30pm).

The estimated salary for this role is $28.99 to $34.06 per hour.
