Part-time Faculty, Honors College

Teach courses and seminars at the Sokolov Honors College. Course assignments vary each semester. Some seminars are taught at off-campus locations. Dates/times vary and may include weekends.  The Honors Program at Youngstown State University, which began in 1977, creates a community of intellectual excellence with students of all majors able to participate.

In 2014 the program became a college with more than 1200 students enrolled who engage in coursework, community engagement, experiential learning, leadership, and teamwork, as well as global perspectives.  A residential option is also available for students seeking a robust living-learning honors community.
