Job description
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, implementation, and support of the organization’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), including platforms such as UKG and Cornerstone. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security of employee and organizational data while supporting HR operations through system configuration, reporting, analytics, integrations, and process improvements.
