Asphalt Paving Crew Member (Raker / Roller Operator / Paver Operator) Location: El Paso, TX Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive pay based on experience About Us: We are a growing asphalt and concrete construction company specializing in commercial and municipal paving projects. We are looking for experienced individuals to join our paving crew. If you have experience raking asphalt, operating rollers, or running an asphalt paver, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Rake and lute hot mix asphalt to achieve proper grade and finish. Operate asphalt rollers to meet compaction specifications. Operate asphalt pavers on commercial and roadway paving projects. Assist with paving setup, cleanup, and daily equipment inspections. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Work closely with the foreman and crew to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to quality standards.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following: Asphalt raking. Asphalt roller operation. Asphalt paver operation. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Dependable with a strong work ethic. Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when required. Valid driver's license preferred. CDL is a plus but not required.
