ADAMH Property Manager

The  Fairfield County ADAMH Board is seeking a property manager for a new, low-income supportive housing building. This position will support the mission of the ADAMH Board in managing a 24-unit apartment building. The Property Manager will deliver exceptional tenant experiences, coordinate daily operations, support property performance initiatives, and help ensure our building operates at the highest standard and within all affordable housing and HUD standards and regulations required.
