Role Overview The Tax Director within our Mergers & Acquisitions team will lead strategic tax advisory services for private equity firms, corporate clients, and their portfolio companies. This role focuses on Business Development (attending events & growing the BPM brand in the market) tax structuring, due diligence, and integration planning for mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a consultative approach to client service. Note: Open to Remote candidates
