Education
Required: Bachelors in Pharmacy
- Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of Pharmacy Preferred: Doctorate of Pharmacy
- Completion of ASHP accredited PGY1 residency Preferred: Completion of a second-year specialty residency in ambulatory care. Experience: Preferred: 3 years of pharmacy experience in the ambulatory or community setting OR 1 year pharmacy residency Skills: Proficiency with direct patient care Excellent verbal, presentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with other disciplines Licensure/Certification/Registration: Required: Missouri Pharmacist license or eligible for licensure. Required: MTM/MTS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire Preferred: Certification in relevant area of practice within 4 years of starting the position Required: BLS certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire
