Chief Product Design Director

The Chief Product Design Director serves as the company’s creative leader, establishing the vision for product design, Exclusive Brands, Private Label, brand expression, and in-store experience. Reporting to the Chief Merchandising Officer, this role drives innovative product strategies that strengthen Cavender’s proprietary brands and customer experience across all channels.

Partnering with Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, Planning & Allocation, Marketing, and Retail Operations, the Chief Product Design Director creates differentiated products and cohesive brand experiences that support business growth, customer loyalty, and commercial success while ensuring design excellence, innovation, and brand consistency.
