Location: Castle Douglas, Dumfries and Galloway, DG7 1NB Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour (PAYE) Hours: 5 hours per week Contract Type: Holiday Cover with the potential to become Temp to Perm Start Date: To be confirmed We are currently recruiting for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to join our team in Castle Douglas.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time evening work with a fantastic hourly rate and the potential for ongoing employment. Working Hours Monday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm (1 hour) Tuesday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm (1 hour) Wednesday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm (1 hour) Thursday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm (1 hour) Friday: 5:00pm – 6:00pm (1 hour) Saturday: No work Sunday: No work Total: 5 hours per week Key Responsibilities General cleaning of commercial premises Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors Cleaning offices, kitchens, washrooms and communal areas Emptying waste bins and replenishing consumables Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Following all site health and safety procedures Locking and securing the premises where required Candidate Requirements Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred Reliable, punctual and trustworthy Comfortable working independently Able to work as a key holder and operate an alarm system where required Right to work in the UK (documentation must be presented at induction) Willing to use a telephone-based time and attendance system This is a great opportunity to secure part-time work with an excellent rate of pay and the potential for the position to become temp to perm for the right candidate.
