Executive Director Business Operations

Manage and develop teams of individual contributors and managers in roles with moderate work complexity in Commercial Mortgage Servicing area. Work with Senior management to develop and execute business strategies. The incumbent should have hands on experience, in managing Cash processes, Construction draws, Reserves disbursement and Payoffs.

The Leader must ensure procedures and controls are adhered to mitigate risk, Key targets are met, work distribution is effective, talent management, transformation activities and more.
