Key Responsibilities

Coordinate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients. Assist in preparing and monitoring project schedules and timelines. Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables. Allocate resources and monitor team workloads effectively. Identify project risks and escalate issues to project managers.

Monitor project budgets and prepare financial progress reports. Maintain project documentation and status reports. Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills

Project Coordination – Managing project activities and schedules. Microsoft Excel – Data analysis, tracking, and reporting. Communication Skills – Coordinating with clients and internal teams. Budget Monitoring – Tracking expenses and financial reporting. Risk Management – Identifying and escalating project issues.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of project management methodologies. Familiarity with project management software. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Work Experience Requirements Candidates should possess 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role. Experience supporting project planning, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder communication is preferred.

Education
