GOMACO RTP-500 Operator

Overview

A heavy civil construction company is seeking skilled operators to run a GOMACO RTP-500 material placer used in concrete paving operations. This position is responsible for receiving material from dump trucks and maintaining a continuous supply of concrete to the paving train.

Responsibilities

Operate the GOMACO RTP-500 safely and efficiently. Transfer concrete material from trucks onto grade. Monitor conveyor and auger systems for consistent flow. Communicate with truck drivers and paving crews. Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance tasks. Follow all safety guidelines.

Requirements

Experience operating GOMACO RTP-500 or similar paving equipment preferred. Knowledge of paving operations and heavy equipment safety. Ability to work outdoors and extended shifts. Dependable attendance and teamwork skills. ⚠️ Valid TWIC card required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Schedule: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM (11–13 hour shifts) PPE: Provided on-site
