Accountant (HR, Payroll, Tax)

For a well-established international accounting and corporate services firm that helps companies expand into new markets, specializing in mid-size companies (€5 to 100 million), is looking for an Accountant to join their growing team in Warsaw or remotely in Poland.

Responsibilities

Checking accounting documents for formal and accounting accuracy, Classifying accounting documents (assigning them to the correct accounts), Posting documents to the books using dedicated accounting software, Preparing tax returns and tax information (VAT and CIT), as well as ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) and GUS (Central Statistical Office) filings (monthly and annual), Assisting with payroll calculations for employees, Preparing reports, presentations, and ad hoc notes, Maintaining ongoing contact with clients and service providers, Other routine accounting tasks, Other duties reasonably related to the position held Requirements At least 4 Y experience in accounting Accounting Degree English is a mandate

• French or German is a plus Accuracy, reliability, and precision in performing tasks Clear communication with clients, along with strong skills in both conveying and receiving information Meeting deadlines Acting in accordance with internal procedures and processes Cooperation and care for good relationships within the team Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge related to the job Benefits Annual Base Gross Salary: PLN 110K/yr
