Engineer, Managed Plus

As an Engineer, Managed Plus you will be required to take end user support calls via phone, email, and walk-up support for both MAC nd Windows devices. Provide software break/fix support for all devices and applications. Perform on-boarding and off-boarding of users thorough completion including new image builds and re-imaging current devices.

Install, moves, adds and changes of existing devices as well as managing tickets through closure. Support printers, AV equipment including Zoom, Teams and Slack. Familiarity with Wallboards, Intune deployments, JAMF MDM and Apple business manager.
