ERMCO, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to support core warehouse logistics, transportation, and facility maintenance at our headquarters in Greenwood, Indiana.
Position Summary
This full-time, on-site role is essential for maintaining safe, timely, and efficient daily operations. The Warehouse Associate will handle material transport, shipping and receiving, inventory staging, and general facility upkeep. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3pm (with overtime available as needed) Location: Greenwood, IN Company Culture: Learn more about careers and benefits at ERMCO Careers Essential Duties and Responsibilities Facility Maintenance: Maintain clean and orderly work areas, including routine sweeping, trash removal, and basic grounds keeping.
Inventory & Stocking: Manage corporate headquarters resupply needs and track tools and materials using scanning equipment. Shipping & Receiving: Accurately load, unload, verify, and secure incoming and outgoing shipments. Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools for inventory management and scrap wire recycling.
Event & Facility Support: Coordinate setup and teardown for corporate meetings, special events, and inter-departmental requests.
Qualifications
and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Valid, unrestricted Indiana driver's license. Demonstrated organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Effective communication, time-management, and interpersonal abilities. Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
