Contract Pediatrician (MD, Remote - Arizona)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Arizona-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of our behavioral health and medical services in Arizona. This contract position will play a key role in payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as we establish operations in the state. This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role.

Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Credentialing & Licensure
• Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes
• Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation
• Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations
• Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch
• Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care
• Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate QUALIFICATIONS
• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license
• Board-certified Pediatrician
• Active DEA registration
• Ability to credential with commercial and government payers
• Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred
• Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities
• Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred
• Arizona state residency required ENGAGEMENT DETAILS
• Independent Contractor (1099) - $100/hr, paid monthly via invoice
• Flexible schedule, estimated at about 1 hour per week
• Limited time commitment during launch phase
• Opportunity to expand involvement as patient services launch in Arizona
