About Wohnio
80% of multi-storey residential buildings consume 30% more energy due to a lack of hydraulic balancing and heating curves that are too high. Wohnio offers a digital solution to make heating systems in multi-storey residential buildings more efficient and sustainable. Our AI- and IoT-based technology automatically optimizes hydraulic balancing, reduces energy consumption by 30% and facilitates ESG reporting and monitoring. Thanks to simple implementation and attractive funding opportunities, our solution pays for itself in less than 5 years. Developed with leading housing cooperatives, we make housing affordable and green - for tenants, owners and the environment.
