Full-Time Residential Counselor – Group Home

The Group Home Program of NFI Vermont is seeking a full-time Residential Counselor to support the needs of our clients. The Group Home is a co-ed residential program that provides assessment and stabilization services to youth and adolescents, ages 13-18. Residential counselors provide supervision of resident daily routines and day-to-day support in the home and community.

This includes teaching independent living skills, providing transportation to appointments, participating in recreational activities and promoting a sense of safety and security for our clients during their stay.
