Quality Care Coordinator - RN

Summary of Position: Our Quality Care Coordinator “QCC” is responsible for overseeing quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and Care Team member(s) education within the facility. This role collaborates closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) to ensure the highest standards of resident care are consistently achieved.

The QCC also leads and manages Relias program within their community; supports Director of Nursing with company Skills Summit, training on care programs for all clinical/nursing positions, as well as all other departments to promote competency, compliance, and best care practices in skilled nursing care.
