Pro. Ampac is looking for a Senior Director, Talent Programs & Leadership Development to shape how we identify, develop, engage, and grow talent across our organization. This role will define and scale an enterprise-wide leadership development and talent programs strategy designed to build future-ready leaders at every level.

You will lead the strategy behind our leadership development experiences, early-career programs, talent pipelines, learning ecosystem, mentorship, onboarding experience, and other programs that create meaningful opportunities for internal growth.
