The Director of Casualty Underwriting is a strategic leadership role responsible for the underwriting profitability, appetite, guidelines, and portfolio performance of assigned casualty lines of business. This position provides enterprise-wide underwriting direction, develops and maintains underwriting rules and tools, and partners with business leaders to drive sound risk selection, pricing excellence, and long-term profitable growth.
