Specialist Compliance

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, the incumbent will support Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and applicable State license compliance activities necessary to operate and maintain hydroelectric power generation assets. These duties include the preparation of compliance documentation and FERC license amendment applications, conducting stakeholder discussions, and providing timely responses and report submissions to the FERC and other Federal or State agencies.
