Training and Instructional Design Specialist (Remote)

The Training and Instructional Design Specialist is part of the Knowledge Management and Optimization team within the Business Division and supports the development of high-quality learning solutions across a range of formats. This role focuses on delivering virtual instructor-led and hybrid training, and on creating training materials for instructor-led, hybrid, and e-learning formats.

The Training and Instructional Design Specialist works closely with subject matter experts to translate complex policy, business processes, and technical information into clear, engaging, learner-centered experiences.
