Vice President of Wellness, Longevity & Performance

Proper is scaling a Wellness, Longevity & Performance platform that integrates diagnostics, recovery, and structured lifestyle programming into select properties. This is not a spa expansion, but a revenue vertical intended to increase ancillary capture, extend length of stay, and stabilize seasonality in resort markets. The platform will launch with our upcoming flagship hotel, Lake Tahoe Proper.

The VP will design, launch, and scale the platform, owning product strategy, operating model, clinical partnerships, capital deployment, and financial performance. This role reports to the Founders and works closely with Development, Asset Management, Operations, Commercial, and Brand.
