Job description
This position fills a dual role, that of a professional first responder and educator for potential cases within hospitals and donation-related agencies in an assigned area. This combined responsibility requires clinical skills with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with appropriate hospital professional at all levels.
The effectiveness of this relationship-building effort becomes a strong basis for working with that staff. Working within the guidelines of Life. Link policies and procedures, this position is responsible to identify and employ available resources with the ultimate goal of increasing organ/tissue donation for transplantation.
