Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) – Home Health Cypress | Houston | Katy | Richmond | Sugar Land, TX Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities At Reliant Healthcare Group , we believe every child has incredible potential waiting to be unlocked and Occupational Therapists play an essential role in helping make that happen.

We’re growing our pediatric home health team and looking for passionate OTs who love helping children build independence, confidence, and the skills they need to thrive in everyday life. Our Intake Team thoughtfully builds your caseload close to where you live , helping minimize unnecessary drive time so you can spend more of your day doing what you love helping children grow, develop, and succeed.

What You’ll Do Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans with measurable goals Provide engaging, age-appropriate interventions that encourage participation and progress Help children improve independence with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, mobility, and daily activities Collaborate with families, caregivers, and an interdisciplinary clinical team Educate caregivers on strategies that encourage continued progress at home Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards Who We’re Looking For Active OTR certification Current Texas Occupational Therapy license Pediatric therapy experience preferred New graduates with pediatric fieldwork experience are encouraged to apply Strong communication and documentation skills A compassionate, energetic clinician who enjoys working independently in a home-based setting while remaining connected to a supportive clinical team Patient Population You’ll primarily work with children and young adults ages 0–21 , including patients with: Autism spectrum disorder Developmental delays Sensory processing challenges Cerebral palsy Fine and gross motor delays Neurological and developmental conditions Challenges impacting independence with activities of daily living Why Reliant Healthcare Group?
