IRS - Administrative Assistant
Job description
We are looking for a dedicated, reliable and outgoing IRS Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Cultural Program. The ideal candidate will be required to provide a variety of specialized duties to assist and support the LLRIB Health Services programs and services. Together with others, we work to build capacity and educate as we address both acute care needs and the determinants of health. About the position: Prepare and maintain accurate and complete records, reports and complex filing; Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, travel arrangements, special projects and events; Take detailed minutes at various meetings; Assist in coordination and development of reports and proposals by compiling documents; Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

Qualifications
Minimum Grade 12; Certificate in Administrative or Office Education preferred; Combination of education and experience may be considered; Experience and knowledge with computers and office equipment is an asset; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Experience working with First Nations peoples is an asset; Ability to speak/understand Cree is an asset, must possess a Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel.
