Business Process Coordinator

The Business Process Analyst supports the Business Process Manager in evaluating, documenting, improving, and sustaining operational business processes across the organization. This role analyzes data and process performance; identifies issues, controls, and improvement opportunities; and partners with Operations, Finance, branch leadership, and other stakeholders to support consistent, efficient, and compliant execution. The Analyst translates business needs into clear process documentation, reporting, training, and actionable recommendations that improve productivity, profitability, data quality, and customer and employee experience.
