Key Responsibilities

• Remove trash and replace liners
• Vacuum and spot clean carpet
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors
• Clean restrooms
• Sanitize all high touch points, spot clean glass, dust, and stock supplies
• Primary point of contact for the cleaning team during assigned shifts
• Assist with assigning daily tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently and on schedule
• Support training and onboarding of new team members on cleaning procedures and site expectations
• Monitor and communicate supply needs, equipment issues, or building concerns to management
• Promote a safe, professional, and positive work environment
• Lead by example through reliability, attendance, work ethic, and teamwork

Qualifications

• Communication & Transportation: Must have a personal smart phone and reliable transportation
• ****Background & Work Authorization:****Must be able to successfully complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check if required for the position, and meet all hiring requirements.
• ****Work Ethic:****Positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback, follow directions, and maintain dependable attendance

• Experience: Prior experience in a labor-based role preferred
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical duties associated with janitorial operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and remaining active throughout the shift.
