The Operation COO STO team is driving Group Operations' transformation and data agenda through data governance, regional data initiatives, transformation project delivery, and strategic financial management. This promotes a data-driven culture, ensures responsible data usage, and supports sustainable operational improvements.
Key focus area include: Driving Operation Model Transformaiton (OMT) Driving TW Ops Data & AI goverance framework through Data ownership, Data understanding and Data & AI risk management Enhancing employee journey (EJ) by leveraging AI capabilities, automation tools and employee sourvey insights Supporting business strategy to deliver good outcome Dialing up innovation Responsibilities Driving Operation Model Transforamtion Roll out transformation initiatives and deliver better outcomes Priorities and scale new OMT opportunies aligned with Regional and Business priorities Innovation on solutioning to ensure it translate into tangible business value Influence the organistaion to adopt transformation mindset Driving TW Ops Data & AI goverance framework Improve data value and utility, ensuring consistent adherence to policies and standards for all data initiatives, and acting as a proxy for the Data Owner.
Working with Regional/Country data managment team in location, ensuring relevant governance framework for effective policy implementation. Defining the target operating model and business/support unit specific roles Adopting consistency and compliance with PURE principle, process, also conducting regular review of assessment quality on PURE use cases to ensure assessment result is aligned the quality guidelines.
Collaborate closely with regional teams to review, refine and implement the principle and process Strengthen Organisation Capability and Culture Transform a next-generation workplace powered by Agentic AI Lead continuous improvement of the employee journey among TW Ops Providing strong corss functions support among the team Requirements Minimum 5-7 years of experiences in data management, governance, or a related field, preferably in the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of data management principles, data governance frameworks, and data quality management Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills Proven track record of leading and delivering successful data-driven initiatives and projects Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Location: Taipei Hub -11F Job: Risk Management Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time
