About Zinnov

Zinnov is a global management consulting firm that helps organizations make decisions that actually get used — and deliver results that matter. For over two decades, we’ve partnered with leading enterprises, high-growth technology companies, and investors to answer some of the toughest questions they face:

Where should we invest?

How do we scale globally?

What capabilities will win in the next decade?

Our work shapes market entry strategies, global operating models, M&A decisions, and long-term growth bets. We’re known for being data-led, execution-focused, and outcome-driven** — not opinion-heavy slideware.

At Zinnov, how you work matters as much as what you deliver. We value independent thinking, crisp communication, and early ownership. With 450+ professionals across 10 global offices, we work across industries including Digital Services, ER&D, Enterprise Software, Semiconductors, Healthcare, BFSI, Automotive, Media & Telecom, and Private Equity.

Zinnov isn’t for everyone. It’s for people who want steep learning curves, honest feedback, and the chance to see their work influence real business decisions — not just presentations.

** Why Globalisation Excellence (GE) **

Zinnov’s Global Excellence (GE) practice helps enterprises build and scale Global Capability Centers (GCCs) end-to-end — from Design & Discovery to Build, Scale, and Run.

In GE, you don’t work in silos. You:

Own complex, end-to-end client journeys

Work across GCC advisory, managed services, and BOT / outsourcing models

Influence leadership decisions that shape long-term talent and operating strategies

This is where strategy meets execution — and where talent plays a defining role.

** About the Role **

As ** Senior Associate – Operations ** , you will ensure smooth day-to-day administration and transport operations for client locations — with high ownership across routing, safety, vendor coordination, and employee support. This role is designed for an execution-first operator who thrives in detail-heavy environments, maintains strict process discipline, and ensures reliable service delivery with minimal escalations.

You will manage transportation operations end-to-end — from daily cab routing and escort confirmations to compliance checks, audits, and vendor scorecards — while serving as the first point of contact for employee transport-related support.

** What You’ll Do **

** Transport Operations & Daily Routing **

  • Generate and share accurate cab routing lists daily for security escorts.

  • Optimize routes to minimize travel time and costs while maintaining service quality.

  • Update and confirm daily escort security service for each trip.

** Compliance & Safety Governance **

  • Ensure vehicles and drivers have up-to-date, compliant documentation.

  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and safe logins/logouts with GPS tracking and adherence to safety protocols.

** Employee Enrollment & Support **

  • Enroll employees in the transport tool and share trip details via SMS/app notifications.

  • Address employee queries promptly via phone or email with strong responsiveness and closure discipline.

** Event & VIP Transportation **

  • Arrange transportation for VIP events, team outings, and airport transfers with strong planning and coordination.

** Audits, Tracking & Vendor Performance **

  • Conduct weekly audits on cabs and transport operations to maintain quality and compliance.

  • Maintain monthly vendor scorecards and track service performance and improvement actions.

** Site Operations Support **

  • Oversee reception and meal operations as required, ensuring smooth execution and reporting on service quality and performance.

** What You Bring **

** Qualifications & Experience **

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in operations / administration roles, preferably in fast-paced environments.

** Key Skills **

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability with high attention to detail.

  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort working with ops tools/trackers.

  • High confidentiality and maturity in handling sensitive information.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and operational demands.

** Nice to Have **

  • Knowledge of technology products (networking equipment, laptops, printers).

** What Success Looks Like – Globalization Excellence (GE) **

  • Daily cab routing, escort confirmation, and transport scheduling run predictably with minimal errors and escalations.

  • Strong safety and compliance posture — documentation is current, audits are regular, and vendor adherence is consistent.

  • Employees experience reliable support — queries are handled quickly with clear communication and follow-through.

  • Vendor service quality improves through disciplined tracking, audits, and measurable scorecards.

  • Event and VIP transportation is executed smoothly with strong planning and zero last-minute surprises.

** If you enjoy owning detail-heavy operations, ensuring safety and service quality through disciplined execution, and working hands-on with vendors and employees to keep day-to-day logistics running smoothly — this role offers both impact and growth. **

Zinnov is an equal opportunity employer.** We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive workplace. We welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, communities, and experiences.
