CNC Programmer

As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs used to manufacture precision components. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams to ensure parts are produced accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with customer and company specifications.

You will apply your knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and CAD/CAM software to support new and existing production requirements, troubleshoot programming and manufacturing challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Plays a key role in supporting machine setup, process development, estimating, purchasing, quality initiatives, and overall production efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
