A growing boutique CSP in Malta is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join their close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accounting professional to take on responsibility, mentor junior team members, and develop their career in a dynamic environment. This is a hybrid role and offers a salary of up to €35K .
Role and Responsibilities Manage a varied client portfolio Mentor and coach junior accountants, reviewing and quality-checking their work Plan and coordinate client deliverables Provide management with portfolio updates and assist in monitoring team performance Lead the preparation of management accounts according to relevant accounting frameworks Prepare clients’ VAT Returns and Recap Declarations Skills & Experience Fully qualified accountant 3+ years of local work experience Foundational knowledge of local VAT regulations Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal About the Role Salary of up to €35K depending on experience Hybrid International and diverse working environment Excellent career development prospects Training courses to strengthen your skills Wellness and corporate discounts *Job.
