Job description
Develop valuable skills in customer service and retail operations. Sales Associates are given opportunities to learn about basic aspects of retail operations including merchandising, guest service skills, and store inventory. This position is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and courteous service in The Shops at The Hotel Hershey to achieve the department’s goals for the year.
