Job Title: CRT English / Quantitative & Reasoning Faculty Location: Nalanda Degree College, Vijayawada Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience: 2 to 5 years Job Type: Full-Time Reporting to: Principal, Nalanda Degree College Responsibilities: Train students in Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) focusing on English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Logical Reasoning Conduct sessions on aptitude, verbal ability, and problem-solving techniques Develop structured lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests Prepare students for campus placements, competitive exams, and interviews Monitor student progress and provide continuous feedback and improvement strategies Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and performance analysis Stay updated with latest placement trends, aptitude patterns, and industry requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, English, or a related discipline 2–5 years of experience in CRT / Aptitude / Reasoning / Verbal Training Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to handle students from diverse academic backgrounds Prior experience in training students for campus placements is preferred How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV to hrrecruiter4@nalanda.
