Social Worker ~$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

In fulfilling their primary duties and responsibilities, the nursing home social worker shall exercise professional judgment in carrying out a variety of activities that maximize the well-being and quality of life of residents. The social workers assist with adjustment to the facility, as well as monitor and assist throughout the residents stay for psychological and psychosocial needs.

The Social worker advocates for the residents and serves as a liaison between the resident/families and the facility.
