Fleet Manager I

Responsible for the effective and efficient management of our fleet of over the road drivers. This fleet is comprised of both owner operator (non forced dispatch) and employee drivers (driving productivity and utilization). Serve as driver’s liaison with line-haul group and the stations to generate growth and profitability.

Manages drivers by assuring safe, legal, and on-time delivery of freight and ensure client satisfaction while ensuring driver retention.
