This Position is required to work all shifts including Night AuditThe GSA is responsible for processing check-ins/outs, securing payment, verifying adjusting billing, assisting guests with reservations requests in a friendly, professional timely manner, while following high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. This position will anticipate guest needs, implement creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.
