Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS) is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and relationship-driven ASD Client Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as a key connection between families, schools, and our clinical team—helping children access critical ASD evaluation services as early as possible. What You’ll Do: • Build relationships with families, schools, and community partners throughout Brooklyn and NYC • Educate caregivers on the importance of early ASD evaluations and diagnosis • Coordinate and schedule assessments with clinical teams • Manage leads, follow-ups, and communication through CRM systems • Serve as a supportive and reliable point of contact for families throughout the intake process • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth client experience • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

What We’re Looking For: • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Strong follow-through and relationship-building skills • Experience in outreach, sales, healthcare, customer service, or client relations preferred (but not required)
