Shift Supervisor

POSITION TITLE: Shift Supervisor EMPLOYMENT CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt POSITION REPORTS TO: General Manager DEPARTMENT: Dining Division Join Paradies Lagardère and help lead a team that delivers exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced airport environment. The Shift Supervisor supports daily operations by ensuring outstanding guest service, maintaining operational standards, and leading team members throughout each shift.

Responsibilities include

supervising staff, coaching and developing employees, monitoring productivity, ensuring compliance with company policies and food safety standards, and assisting with scheduling, inventory, and cash handling procedures.
