SMM/ DMM/ Associate Director (Denim Apparel)

What you'll be doing? Lead Team: Guide a merchandising team to ensure effective sourcing and merchandising activities. Oversee Operations: Manage daily operations of product development and bulk production. Identify Opportunities: Spot business opportunities and enhance sourcing capabilities. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies.

Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure best practices in fabric, product development, and quality. Vendor Management: Set up training and KPIs to manage and develop vendor relationships. Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with business partners, clients, and suppliers. Who are they looking for?

Education

University graduate in Textile/Clothing or related discipline. Experience: At least 10 years in buying office/garment trading, preferably with experience in the USA market. Skills: Denim experience is essential, along with solid experience in managing offshore vendors. Leadership: Strong ability to lead and achieve high-level business goals, capable of handling various stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Language: Fluent in English, Chinese (including Mandarin), and Cantonese for effective communication. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
