Job description
Join our team as a Rehab Nurse and help residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life. In this role, you will provide compassionate, skilled nursing care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team, administer medications and treatments, monitor resident progress, and educate residents and families throughout the recovery process.
The ideal candidate is a dedicated LPN or RN with strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering person-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Previous long-term care or rehabilitation experience is preferred but not required.
