Manager, Safety and Training

Reporting to the Regional Director, Safety & Training with a dotted line to the GM, the Manager of Safety & Training is responsible for the compliance and adherence to company, federal, provincial and municipal safety regulations. This position requires an individual who has vast knowledge of the daily function of a school bus operation.

This unit-based leadership role will be an expert on training; both government and company, driver development, certifications, expirations and operations. Managing a group of Bus Driver Trainers, this role will serve as a mentor and will supervise work output.
