About the Opportunity The Vice President of Engineering is responsible for all engineering operations of premium office, Life-Science, and mix-used properties in San Diego, Greater Los Angeles, San Francisco, Pacific Northwest, and Austin, Texas approximating 17 million rentable square feet. Maintain current knowledge of emerging technology and energy conservation innovations, existing, pending and newly enacted regulations or laws impacting our building systems.
This position supervises all engineering operations and mechanical maintenance throughout the portfolio within the jurisdiction of the Engineering Department.
